Life at Nayya

We aspire to ensure that an employee’s experience at Nayya is the most fulfilling tour on their career journey. We hire outstanding candidates, empower them with challenging mission-driven work and provide the support and opportunity to help them grow.

We invest in our teams and support a community of peer-to-peer learning. Through Nayya U at onboarding, our employee demo certification process, and regular skill building sessions, we provide opportunities for Nayyans to learn from one another and the experts around us. We also use regular Nayya Community Days as a way to bring experts from the broader Nayya community together for new ways of thinking and learning.

Culture-First Approach

We believe nurturing our culture is one of the most important investments we can make as we scale. At Nayya, this means balancing community and flexibility. Beyond communicating transparently and cross-functionally, ensuring Nayyans have autonomy to move fast toward our goals has also been essential as we’ve grown. Cross-functional work, the opportunity to try new skills, and the opportunity to connect with colleagues in new ways are some of the ways we focus on culture. We also have an employee Culture Team which helps to provide feedback on our culture and the employee experience as we grow.

Hybrid Model

We are headquartered in New York, with colleagues distributed remotely across the US, as well. Our hybrid model allows us to come together meaningfully for work and provides our teams with the flexibility to work in the format that works best for them. As we evaluate the return to ‘normal’ we are currently on a voluntary hybrid model, but expect to return to a two-day in office model over time. Our remote colleagues are invited to New York regularly to participate in team meetings and bonding.

Well-being In Focus

We invest in employee well-being and create the space for employees to pursue their personal commitments to well-being. In addition to robust mental health benefits and well-being benefits, we host a monthly optional well-being series designed to engage employees on their personal well being journey - anything from a habits hacking session to a healthy cooking session to mindfulness could be on the menu for the month. We also host semi-annual Nayya Health Days designed for employees to pursue their commitment to well-being
